Returns

Our items can be returned for Refund or Store credit. If returned within 15 days a full refund is issues. If returned anytime thereafter store credit is issued as long as the item does not show signs of use. Store credit is good for 90 days.

Buyers pay return shipping or can bring the item to our Manhattan retail location. 

Requests for refunds due to incorrect or defective items will be processed as normal. For such requests, please email: sales@radicalfencing.com
